The majority of our products are shipped by common carrier, in which case a forklift (or something similar) might be needed to unload the product. It is less expensive to have a product shipped either to a business address or trucking terminal. (rather than a residential address)
THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RESPONSIBLE FOR UNLOADING THE PRODUCT FROM THE TRUCK
For the majority of states, we will be able to provide a lift gate at no extra charge. The lift gate will assist the customer in unloading products such as motorcycle lifts, tire changers, wheel balancers, etc. However, the customer is always responsible for providing the necessary offloading equipment, unless the lift is picked up at a trucking terminal. If a product is picked up at a terminal, the terminal staff will be able to load the equipment on your trailer or truck.
