The Atlas DAA incorporates the popular Atlas RF assist arm and a second assist arm that includes a bead roller and additional bead lifting/pressing disc. The second arm is individually controlled from the left side of the tire changer (as you face the tire changer) and allows the operator to exert the needed up or down pressure on the tire’s sidewall to make tire changing much easier. The DAA is almost a necessity when dealing with the extremely stiff sidewalls found on today’s low profile tires. The DAA is also needed when working with stiff sidewall skid steer tires.

The ATLAS RF assist arm is designed to be mounted on the ATLAS TC 589X or the Coseng TC633 wheel clamp tire changer. The pneumatic powered RF assist arm is needed to mount and demount many of the stiff sidewall tires found on today’s vehicles. This RF assist arm allows the operator to keep both hands free while the pressing arms exert an enormous amount of pressure on the stiff sidewall tires.

The ATLAS wheel lift can be mounted on any variation of the ATLAS TC589X or Coseng TC633 wheel clamp tire changers. This wheel lift is a great back saver. The Atlas wheel lift can raise a 150 pound wheel assembly into the correct position for placement onto the turntable.

Unlike the standard ATV adapter kit for tire changers, this new deluxe version has two mounting locations which allow for the widest range of rim diameter capability. Not only is the rim diameter capability decreased by the Deluxe ATV adapter kit making them great for ATV tires but these deluxe adapters also feature two mounting positions for the wheel clamp jaws. When the wheel clamp jaws are placed on the outside, or in the position furthest from the center of the tire changer turntable, then the adapters work great for larger automotive and truck tires.

Unlike the standard motorcycle adapter kit for tire changers, this new deluxe version has two mounting locations which allow for the widest range of rim diameter capability. The deluxe motorcycle adapter kit is also heavy duty and features thicker sides for a stronger design. The stronger construction means the deluxe adapter kit will provide years of quality performance.

The Atlas hands-free clamp is the perfect solution to help mount the stiff sidewall tires found on many of today’s vehicles. The Atlas hands-free clamp functions as “another set of hands” and allows the user to hold (and keep) the stiff tire bead below the edge of the rim and closer to the drop-center of the wheel while he concentrates on mounting the tire.
